This shelf works well for storing our study supplies, after all, but there are many problems with it. Please note that the sizes in the product photos and description are not correct. The shelf is 42" tall, 24" wide, and 11.5" deep. The shelves are not tall enough to hold a binder, picture book, or basket. Each shelf is just under 11" tall. The front two compartments on the upper dentition are not graduated. They are level at different heights of facade. Also the finish of all drawings/colors was spotty and uneven. For this price I expected better. It comes with a wrench to assemble. If you really need a screwdriver (a regular Phillips head will do) The key is never used On the plus side the paper assembly instructions are easy to follow.
