It's perfect! If measured correctly, you shouldn't have a problem with the size. I ordered 14LC for my Miniature Boston Terrier. She has thin legs, a thin neck/head, but a broad chest. Sits like for you! Easy to put on and take off with Velcro. Other brands are found to be too long (where they cover too much of her bum when she's trying to go potty outside). Will definitely order more!
