No instructions, you need to figure out which holes in bowen ring to use, trying out was difficult and tedious but like Only I assembled the first one correctly, the second one was much easier. The correct openings in a Bowen ring for this particular softbox are 1:2 and 1:3. I have used it on a full size person and for product photography it is durable, the honeycomb mesh is imperative to avoid light leakage and it is better to focus the light on the object.
