The best feature of this system is that it automatically calculates your pay for you, which is great because I don't have to do it myself. Sometimes it just randomly won't calculate my pay correctly, so it's not perfect. But overall, it works well and is easy to use. I like how it can be used on your phone or computer and that you can access it anywhere without having to go through a lot of steps. I like that it has multiple user roles, which allows for different permissions based on job functions. Also, the ability to create custom fields is helpful in organizing my data. It's not very intuitive at first, but once you figure out how to use it, it becomes useful. The interface could be more streamlined, but it does get better over time. We are using this to track our employees' hours, so we can see who is working when they should be, as well as what tasks they are completing.
