Functional but very poor quality.

but hardly works. Only works within 8ft and must be pointing EXACTLY right or the beam will not hit the IR receiver on the TV. The design is very poor, thin flimsy plastic that has already come loose. The keys are very soft and cannot always be pressed firmly.

does not require any settings, just put in the battery can work well;
