I haven't even wired it up yet. But I wanted to convey this information to potential buyers. The satellite speakers weigh 4.9 pounds instead of 2.9 pounds. The mounting thread is M6 metric, NOT 1/4 x 20. Very frustrating. However, bypassing these problems is more convenient than repacking and sending back. I'll update the review when I install and listen! But if their description of the weight and thread isn't true, I'm not sure I can trust their competence. Speakers installed and connected to Onkyo TX-RZ620. I'm not an audiophile, but these things sound pretty amazing. My brother spends a lot more money on his setup and I don't see any difference. I am very happy with their sound and the bass really makes the room shake. Despite the inaccurate descriptions, I'm glad they do their job very well.
