So far so good on baking and cookie sheets

I need convection sheets, they worked. I find them very strong/heavy. I haven't used them much, but the few times I have I'm very happy with them. I cover them with foil so I don't have to rub them, so I can't really comment on how they clean the pans. racks. Well, they're shelves, and shelves are always pia-clean. I am happy with this purchase
