Review on 🐨 Munchkin Wildlove Koala: Naturally Soothing Wooden Teether Toy" by Tammy Freeman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Simplicity is better for teethers

I just love the simple design of this teether that doubles as a rattle. When my 5 year old son is teething he absolutely loves all silicone teething toys. He preferred them to the fancy giraffes that were all the rage. He also liked to gnaw on a wooden disc necklace I made for him. The smooth and natural wood was safe for his gums and provided a firm texture when new teeth were really bothering him and when the silicone wasn't cutting them. This teether combines the best of both worlds: soft yet durable silicone and hardwood rings. I like that the silicone koala has different textures in detail. It may not seem like it, but those little bumps and bumps seem very soothing to irritated gums. I also love that it doubles as a cute little rattle. Wooden rings produce an organic and soft sound that stimulates baby's hearing without irritating sleepless parents. Little fingers will love to grab and move the little rings. Now you might be wondering if this little teether is worth its current price of $12 and I would say a resounding YES. Simple toys made from safe and natural materials is always the best way. There are so many chemicals your child will come into contact with throughout their life. If you can minimize your exposure to these chemicals at the most sensitive and vulnerable time of your life, then it's worth it. Can't wait for our little girl to come over so she can start using this teether.
