Great Customer Service + Easy To Use Software

I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service with quick responses (which are not always immediate in other programs), but also allows me time off without having to worry about scheduling conflicts or missing shifts! Nothing really comes across as being bad at this point - most of my problems have been solved by their team responding promptly when needed. It's hard getting used to how the software works compared to other schedulers out there.

Scheduling can be difficult if someone does something unexpected or changes plans mid-week/mid-day. However once everything gets set up correctly, things go smoothly!!

Pros

Able schedule myself for multiple jobs all from one location.
Ability yo track hours worked per week instead o just monthly totaled totals which helps avoid over working while still remaining accurate w work performed each day & month overall..and makes billing much easier since no more math involved after clocking into job sites :)
