Fact: All weather eats away at everything that's left outside. However, with this coating, it takes much longer for the underlying surface to corrode. This is currently my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, "Lisa". The cover is easy to attach. It has elastic corners to keep it in place. There are also straps if you want to be extra. Last week we had strong winds and just barely got through a curve without harnesses. Cools the jeep on hot days. The inside has a red lining. If I had to buy it for a year to protect my Lisa I would. It's been a few months and I'm very happy with this choice.
