Two of these used as a double D ring with a 1 inch strap. Once they loosen a little, they come off completely. I would use ratchet straps with a car, truck, or any vibrating object, but they're good for irregularly shaped objects on a bench that will be glued or painted. It's good that they give you a zipped pocket, but they tape it unusable over the zip lock. It is impossible to remove the tape without damaging it. I had to tape seal the tears left from the packaging after cutting the tape. That just screams that what matters is not the buyer, but the convenience of production and delivery.
