It melts well between two pieces of cotton material.
I use beeswax to replace aluminum foil to cover things. The beeswax melts evenly between two pieces of cotton fabric. I can transfer covers if needed and they dry quickly. There are no washers or dryers. It is very easy to wash them by hand. If you want to learn how to make beeswax container lids, go to YouTube and watch the video.
