Smart little gadget.
I got this out of curiosity and realized it's actually 2 knives in one. The larger one is a regular vegetable peeler that works well, while the second is great for the small amount of carrot chunks you want. This is for a quick job, you won't be using this to chop 10lbs of carrots, but a quick salad might be the solution. I use this for my evening salads and it's a nice upgrade from my old one.
