I bought this a few months ago and only got to use it today. I used another cheap one I bought at Walmart for $50. It replaced it and. Let me tell you what the difference is between day and night. I'm so glad I bought this back then. I use it to charge my laptop when I'm driving. It's weird to say that this happens more often than I thought possible and I need my computer for school. So this works great for charging my 200W 19.5V 10.3A laptop charger. It kept my laptop 100% charged and the unit didn't get hot. It's a little bigger than I expected, but it works well. I used it on a 2013 Ford Focus and it worked great. The car had no abnormalities and the laptop worked perfectly. The one I replaced with another brand got very hot, was very noisy and eventually caused the fuses to randomly blow. I used the in this review for 3 hours with no side effects. The fan came on a couple of times, a little quieter than expected. Didn't get warm. Highly recommended and will update in the future if anything happens. Ask questions when you need an answer!
