Had unit 9 days, when light ring stopped working. Once set up we used it 5 times. Never moved it. Sat 4-18-2020 went to go use it, nothing. I tried moving to differ outlets and tried plugging it into the laptop and still nothing. Are you kidding me. 9- days. WOW. I've email the company and they are having me try 1 more thing. If it dosent work they will replace it. I will let you know.Update: 4/25/2020I tried last thing the company wanted me to and unfortunately it didn't work. I emailed the company back. They sent out a replacement right away. WOW. Works great. Very impressed at how quickly the company resolved my issue!
