Nice addition to an inflatable SUP. I alternate between sitting and standing, so this fits. It's easy to install, just adjust the length of the strap and attach it to the D-rings on the board. The back is quite flexible though, so you only really get support at the top where the straps attach. The whole lower part just folds back as you can see in the photo. If you need lower back support, try tucking in a towel or something. The pillow you're sitting on is pretty thin, but I can handle that. Simply slide the seat back until the backrest falls forward on it. Later, pull forward again to use it again. I found another seat with a harder plastic back, but it had other issues that made it less comfortable, so I went back to this one. Some iSUP companies sell their own seats but if you look at the pictures they are identical to this one. So I think the manufacturer sells OEM versions to a lot of different companies because the same design keeps popping up just with different logos. A pocket on the back for storing extra stuff like sunscreen or whatever is a nice addition. Too bad it's not waterproof! All in all I recommend it.
