Low quality. Serious expansion problems

The lamp gives great light at a good price. BAD already twice: The glass curtain bounced off the base and luckily landed on something soft both times and didn't break. I do not know how. The glass jumps out of the base simply from the heat of use and expansion. In addition, the glass is not quite flat at the bottom, so everything wobbles a bit. I'm trying to find a way to fix the glass better. Very thin, poor quality glass. Overall not bad for the price, but I would rather pay more for better quality.
