So, I just want to preface this by saying, overall, I think these little pots are worth it. That said, I think the manufacturer has some quality control issues as 2 out of 4 pots I recurved were chipped. There were no loose chips in the packaging and the packaging materials were all pristine so I’m inclined to believe the pots were packaged this way. I was slightly annoyed that I had to request a replacement and send the original back but Kohl’s is 10 min from my house so it’s not like it was impossibly hard either. For that reason, however, I wouldn’t say these are very giftable unless you’re buying it with enough time to get a spare just in case one comes to you damaged. If I were going to gift these pots to someone, I definitely wouldn’t have them shipped direct to their house. Bottom line: I would prolly buy these again and might even recommend them to someone with the QC warning from above. They really do add a touch of simple, understated elegance to your home so now that I have a complete set that isn’t chipped, I’m very happy with my purchase. They seem sturdy too so I’m not really anticipating any other issues. If something comes up, I’ll update my review. Good luck!
