The vast majority of our camping meals are prepared on an outdoor grill/pan. Sometimes we use the oven of our indoor stove, but rarely the gas stove. This wooden lid is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also offers extra space when mounted on a stove top. The underside of the lid is covered with a non-slip material that prevents the lid from slipping. general! Aside from that, the lid also comes with attachments that can be fitted to your oven's grill rails, although we didn't find them necessary. It is important to note that this lid is NOT intended to be used as a cutting board, so please do not purchase it for this purpose. Overall we are very happy with this purchase and feel the price is very reasonable for the quality and usefulness of the cover.
