Review on 15.6" Laptop HP 15s-fq016ur 1920x1080, Intel Pentium Gold 7505 2 GHz, RAM 8 GB, SSD 512 GB, Intel UHD Graphics, Windows 10 Home, 2X1S3EA, Grille Grey by Kiril Kirilov ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

You can upgrade or merely add RAM, but you cannot add an SSD with a SATA interface; you can only upgrade the M2. The laptop was great overall, however 4 GB of memory is obviously insufficient. I just couldn't get used to the weight, even though 1.6 kg is a very pleasing weight for a 15.6-inch full-featured laptop.

Pros
  • The laptop is incredibly tiny and light, living up to all expectations raised by the photograph. I was extremely happy with the battery life; after the initial charge, it operated for at least 6 hours while I was setting up the programs.
Cons
  • Screen. To put frank garbage in our day and for that type of money is just a disaster. The most prevalent 15-year-old TN-matrix, especially vertically, has poor viewing angles. The keyboard is not tightly banged down and seems somewhat flimsy, like cheap plastic. Although the sound includes a two-color indication, there is no touchpad disable button, numeric keypad, caps-lock button, or wifi indicator. HP's information support is woefully inadequate. On the Internet, there is no precise technical data available for this model. I had to ask on message boards and from international technical help to learn if RAM could be added.
