Review on 🎵 Sphero SD01WRW2 2 Ring Specdrums: Unleash Your Musical Creativity! by Lee Wilson

Recently bought for my 11 year old son. We had no issues connecting to the Moto-Z or Iphone X. Basically just plug in the charging rings. No transformer wall charger was included, but there is a great micro USB splitter/adapter cable that uses a single micro USB connector to charge both rings at the same time. Admittedly, we were too excited to wait for the rings to charge and jumped right into the test run. The two rings played sounds after a few minutes without any problems. We simply connected each ring separately and had the full configuration of each ring processed/updated. No problem navigating the app. The initial sounds were simple, but in no time at all we created a series of repeating rhythm sequences, bass riffs and synth beats! Also, I should note that these rings can essentially use the same bluetooth connection to run an app that accepts "midi", which was the brilliant plan of the Spheros part. The rings will reliably distinguish between about twelve different colors via the app, but being color blind I was able to play music with ease. After the rings were fully charged we saw about 2-2 1/2 hours. Playtime that was perfect.
