Amazing Humidifier - Heating, Cooling & Air Quality

Review: My wife and I live in a 2000 square foot apartment and this humidifier has been running at full capacity 24 hours a day for almost a week and it works great! We set up the device centrally in our house and it is perfect. (This was an upgrade for us, the previous humidifier we had was cheaper, difficult/cumbersome to clean and a bit noisy. It wasn't a Vicks brand). the brand is not Vicks which we had before. The instructions on how to clean this humidifier in the manual are very confusing and VERY different from the videos you can find online that Vicks creates. I follow the videos and ignore the cleaning instructions in the manuals. The amount of cool mist is quite large, relieving our dry skin and respiratory tract. (No more breathing difficulties in the morning.) The tank holds enough water for us to run the unit at full power for over 15 hours before refilling. I've read reviews that it "flows with water everywhere". I think one person could relate to the condensation that occurs when fog falls on a surface like a table or dresser. We solved this problem by placing a washcloth on a table directly in front of the unit, or placing a humidifier near the edge of a dresser so the mist can fall and dissipate without touching anything. (We don't have kids, so don't worry about accidentally knocking it over.) Complaints about noise seem to be misunderstood. Yes, the device is noisy; Humidifiers do. Sounds come from 3 different functions. 1) The motor that makes the device runโ€ฆ. it's a low hum. 2) Gurgling generated by the sensor (a round thing that creates fog). Having used a cheaper non-Vicks unit for the past 3 winters, this unit is much better at keeping those noises to a minimum. (I'm a very light sleeper and none of these sounds bother me.) There's a place for a scented pad; It came with 2 Vicks steam pads. I've experimented with putting a few drops of essential oil on a piece of fabric and used that instead...it worked well. Please see the video I made to agree with this review. Not so good: I can't think of anything yet.
