I have a Fan-Tastic fan , and I was surprised that you can't fully open the lid underneath. Looks strange as it's the same company that makes the vent fan and vent cover. It's easy to install, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't have a mechanical flair. Watch YouTube videos and try to collect everything the first time, including something for the litter, like paper towels and old caulk, and something disposable to put a hunting gun on that is weighted so it doesn't get caught in the wind is blown away. do not ask.
