It's easy for customers or employees with little knowledge about computers can use it by themselves without any assistance from our staffsIt has many useful functions that help us track computer usage at an overall level such as software (e.g., Internet Explorer), hardware(browser/operating system)and applications (the specific application used e.g.: word processor). There are however some limitations, I wish we could customize which reports should be generated when using this product instead all reports were created upon installation. For example if one wants only CPU consumption report, he needs first have installed powerplug pro before generating its own customised report. We also need more training in order not let users mistakenly think they do know how their pc works.Power Plug-Pro makes sure you get maximum return on your investment within very reasonable price range - less than 10KUAData center manager will like the fact most importantly we saved much cost due of reduced energy bills I like that it allows me to monitor my computers power usage from home, which would be very difficult if i had to do so at work. The fact that its not supported by most antiviruses makes this product useless for our clients who are using anti-virus software. Not much but there's nothing majorly bad about the program either. It has helped us reduce the amount of electricity we use with out client base.
