Judging by the photo it comes in a small box in a soft envelope. Both bulbs worked, but one had a broken socket. The instructions on the box said to email them directly. Easy to install, just as bright as the original bulb. In addition, new lamps have exactly the same lettering on the base as the original lamps. This worked in my 2014 Kenmore 405.72123310. I don't know how long they will last but with the same description for old and new, expect a long life. Just need to see if they can handle replacing a broken outlet. (That is the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars). UPDATE: 2 days after emailing the seller, he replied with an offer of an exchange or refund. Since they responded so quickly, I expect them to comply. Would give them 5 stars for now!
