Review on Recollections Signature Shimmery Watercolor Crayons by Heather Shaw

They have a very very soft texture, I would compare them to lipstick. The color is not strong and not bright. Green is the most intense, purple is barely visible, orange looks more like pink on paper. Ink will never "fix" to paper unless you use water to process it. It's just a thick layer on the paper, which smudges even after a few days. Bought these for kids to have fun but after first use they just weren't interested. The only good thing about these watercolor pencils is that they have a very good shimmer. Maybe you could use them as a top layer on top of what you've already painted to give a shimmering effect?
