A great tool for changing motorcycle tires at home.

This is an essential tool if you plan to change a few motorcycle tires at home without investing in a tire changer or if you don't have the space for one. This tool is intended for people who already know how to change tires (bicycles) and they only need a tool that is thin enough to fit in the groove between the tire and rim, long enough to provide leverage , with the right bend at the end to pry off the hoop edge. If you are inexperienced and don't do the job properly you will be trying too hard and the tool may bend or break as others have said. as some say. Keep these three things in mind. 1. You need some kind of curb, otherwise you won't be able to separate the tire bead from the rim. 2. You must support the rim WITHOUT damaging the brake disc or scratching the rim while the rim is on the ground by forcibly blowing off the tire. 3, You need rim protection, if you don't, you will scratch or damage the rim with metal bars. You can also use some plastic, e.g. B. Plastic from a water jug, engine oil, etc. Even with all these tools and information, it will take time to successfully change your first tire. Each subsequent hoop gets lighter, with less time and effort. it was for me I recommend this tool to anyone who is mechanically inclined, willing to take the time to learn and understand the process, doesn't feel frustrated or using excessive force and planning to change more than 1 or 2 tires.
