Replacement hose of the same quality as the original. There are no instructions on how to remove/replace the hose, but there are a few "instructions" on YouTube - very easy. As other reviewers point out, (1) there is little wiggle room at the connection point. However, when the vacuum is turned on, the suction stabilizes it; and (2) the small "O-ring" shifted when I removed the wand. I put 3 very small dots of glue on the ring and put it back in, letting the glue dry before putting the wand back in. Quick solution. I vacuum 4-5 times a week, always with a hose/nozzle. The amount of dirt (fluff, animal hair, but above all fine gray dust) is the same as the original hose. I am happy with this purchase.
