I bought this because my massage therapist recommended it for my toned psoas. I've been struggling with inexplicable, severe knee pain for the past year due to a gradual running injury. I've attended over 80 meetings with various professionals to find out. My quality of life has suffered greatly. After some research, I found out that a tight psoas muscle can cause unexplained knee pain. Why two orthopedic surgeons, a neurologist and three different physiotherapists didn't know anything about it is beyond me. I took a chance and paid $80 because I didn't have any options at the time. I'm 5ft 8" and 120lbs and both points are perfect for my psoas and glutes. I used it every day and within a week I FINALLY felt relief in my knee. There are helpful videos covering every area of stress you may have. I've used it on my neck, shoulders, hamstrings, etc. I've found that laying my torso on a king-size pillow takes a little pressure off my psoas and glutes when you need it. Thanks to the inventor!
