I bought this online ATM card reader. I forgot my account information and couldn't access my bank's website or use their sign-in app. So that the customer doesn't have to be held up for another two agonizing hours, my bank also offers the option of using my debit card with a compatible card reader to access the website, in addition to a phone call or a personal visit. In the small box that comes with the card reader, there is a small CD (with the driver) and a quick start guide on one side. Even if both are not exactly helpful, I have had successful experiences with this product. It's plug-n-play and compatible with my MacBook Pro (macOS Catalina 10.15.7). The card reader is now successfully reading my ATM card (Visa). My experience tells me that after plugging it into your computer (via an adapter or not), you have to restart your computer; otherwise the reader may not be recognized.
