Velcro does not stick. Non-Refundable

Followed Instructions. Glue stuck to the trash can. The glue sticks to the deodorant, but the two Velcro straps don't hold together. Every time we open the lid, the deodorant falls into the trash. Bought a few days ago. I wanted to return it but it says this product is non-refundable.
