I like to keep cash separate from credit/ID cards. In the event of a robbery, I'm unlikely to lose both. This card holder was just right for my purposes. It has 9 plastic compartments, each of which can hold two cards back to back. Each compartment has an oval cutout so you can take out the card with your thumb. At first I had a little problem removing the card from the slot. The cards are stuck and often it was not possible to buy enough onto a smooth card to pull them out. But as I used the holder more, things loosened up. It has become quite easy to move any card from its place. Or I can wet my finger to make the map move. There are also two dual card slots on each end of the holder that you may want to keep handy. The closer is another nice feature. Overall this seems like a well thought out mount - a very good buy.
