I purchased this duvet from Amwan in January 2022. Needed something that looked good with my colors, won’t show cat hair, is washable to remove cat hair and would protect my comforter. This duvet has held up well to several washings, remains silky soft, and I have learned it is easier to remove the cat hair with a roller lint remover than to vacuum it. Of course it wrinkles a bit as it is 100% cotton, but as long as I don’t spin it on the highest cycle the wrinkling is not bad, and is essentially unnoticeable once replaced on the comforter. I accidentally left it on the high spin cycle once so ironed the entire thing and it was gorgeous! It is very closely woven so the cat hair does not stick in it. I liked it so much that I splurged and for the first time in my life purchased what appeared to be matching sheets which were only available from another company, FadFay. This was an expensive mistake, as the sheet fabric is much coarser and is getting rougher with each successive laundering. This pattern is no longer available through either company, I just wanted to let folks know my satisfaction with Amman’s duvet and dissatisfaction with the apparent coordinating sheets from FadFay.
