Too hard and big for small kids

VERY HEAVY! There is no recoil and the material is so complex that I cannot use it at all. My baby can't even put it in his mouth a little bit. There doesn't seem to be anything really safe that fits comfortably in small mouths. It is very upsetting when a very young child is teething who is already struggling with other painful issues. I want so badly to alleviate his problems and it's just frustrating.
