VERY HEAVY! There is no recoil and the material is so complex that I cannot use it at all. My baby can't even put it in his mouth a little bit. There doesn't seem to be anything really safe that fits comfortably in small mouths. It is very upsetting when a very young child is teething who is already struggling with other painful issues. I want so badly to alleviate his problems and it's just frustrating.

Running my hand over it I noticed some of the bumps were POINTING AND SHARP. Do you know when they're not flattening the plastic properly after the injection molding process? My daughter is 7 months old and she enjoys this teether! It's easy to clean (I can hand and machine wash it easily) and it's easy to hang. This toy gets pretty cold in the freezer, but not enough to harm a child. I've found that this toy doesn't melt very quickly (should stay cold) so my daughter tends to play with this toy for a while and then loses interest (perhaps because it's too cold to hold on to).
