I bought this for my 8 month old daughter who has bad little gums and is desperate to erupt her first teeth. I was hoping she would really like it, but found that she didn't really like it. I can say that she loves the cooling effect it has on her gums when taken out of the fridge and loves the different textures the ring offers. However, she is usually done with this teether when the cooling effect wears off. I thought maybe she just likes cooling teethers, but that's not true. Generally, children take some teethers more than others for some reason. This ring is just the thing for a good teether, it's just not her favorite.
