Installation is easy. Rubber seals from the old PUR RF-9999 filter are not transferrable. Not sure if they are really needed for this particular vertical faucet filter location. Rubber seals can be used in the horizontal filter. Definitely yes, the drain is probably twice that of the original polyurethane filter. How do I check the filter efficiency? PUR RF 9999 is currently not generally available. Why? Bought a faucet filter last year! We need independent testing. Revain must certify replacement brands. It's not going to happen anytime soon.
