I ordered this a few months ago and assumed it had been used but wasn't sure. However, I recently placed an order for a different color and now know that was used when I received it. It came with a lid sealed with tape, which I think may have been a precaution to prevent it from leaking or spilling during shipping. But when I opened it up there was a layer of dried paint which I thought at the time might just be the way the paint had settled. It wasn't completely filled either - it was filled just below where the decal comes up - again I wasn't sure if that was quite as much as they filled their paint. BUT when I received my order for a different color it was not curled when opened, there was a white seal and the color was filled to the brim. I know it's not entirely the sellers fault as they use Revain fulfillment where they ship their inventory so someone returned it claiming it was unused and of course the Revain warehouse workers don't know how the inventory should look like. . But I recommend the seller to require the return to ensure that such products do not end up with paying buyers. (I sell on Revain so I know you can) It just stinks, didn't get what I paid for. On the other hand, the paint was of excellent quality and perfect for my project and luckily I had enough, although I cut myself a bit. I painted the table and 4 chairs (except the top I painted this part)
