Asymmetric chintzy look

This is my first wreath. I bought it for our front door as part of a porch makeover and to welcome visitors. I bought this particular one because the photo display was beautiful, all the reviews were raving and everyone was saying what real flowers and greenery look like. I figured all those 5 star reviews meant it was worth the price, which I felt was unreasonably high. Wow, I was surprised! This wreath is just a bouquet of faux flowers tied in a circle - and my goodness, they look faux! You can see all the little plastic bushings where the flowers are stuck in the stems. It's almost comical. I can't imagine it being more fake. Also, the wreath doesn't look like the photo at all. It comes with a hanging loop so you can tell where the top is and the top is much more ornate than the bottom making it look heavy. And the lower part, around 7 o'clock, has green hanging down from the base of the circle so that the base is clearly and fully (i.e. not just partially) visible. And all this is far from being as complete as in the photo. The one I got is quite similar to green beans. Honestly, if a wreath looks this good, I need to rethink my porch makeup. Seriously, it's soooo fake - lol! Oh, and one more thing - I bought a set of artificial potted plants after reading the Young House Love review. They also look really fake (contrary to the blog post and reviews), so maybe I'm pickier than average (or more of a gardener? I'm still not sure how anyone can tell the plastic plants are real). But I've planted potted plants in Home Depot farm pots and left them on the porch. You are acceptable. So I shouldn't be so picky :)
