The best part about this program was that it allowed me to create my own products, customize them for each customer's needs (and budget!), then ship out orders in bulk at once! I had no problems creating custom items or managing inventory; everything seemed very easy-to use/intuitively designed.

It also has options if you need customization done quickly - they're more than happy do handle rush jobs as well!! Customer service seems great too since we've never dealt directly w PROMOshop before so there are some things i'm still learning but all communication went smoothly overall. We found promoshop extremely helpful when trying to produce our first line up of promo giveaways during COVID days when many other companies were not offering anything comparable either due to social distancing guidelines etc.-it helped us avoid having customers wait weeks just because another business didn't have any product ready.
