Review on Oeko TEX Certified Crystal Bedding Comforter by Christopher Clearfield

I've been debating whether to check these out (bought two sets) now or see how they hold up. I have decided to publish it now because I have a feeling that the reader (you) will be able to gather at least a little more information about them before making a purchase decision and I sincerely hope that mine Review answered more questions than not. First of all, this set is AWESOME! The white I'm reviewing is the epitome, the holy grail, the perfection, the grand benchmark of what true [arctic] white SHOULD look like. There is no pink, yellow, beige, green or any other undertone. It's just flawless, WHITE. Damn, our white bitch is taking a bath today because she looks dirty next to it. :) Also, to say that this set is SOFT, to say nothing. It's beautiful, generous, luxuriously SOFT. I didn't quite get what the other reviewers meant, and neither will you until you touch it. I could tell you it's as soft as cotton balls but that would be wrong as a cotton ball feels rougher than what you feel when you run your hand over it. Yes, I'm serious. Well, with all that being said, I'm quite frustrated and a little overwhelmed with the fabric used for the fluffy part of the cushions. It is very thin and almost transparent. (See pics for black gussets on pillows.) I wonder how this thin fabric will hold up 'fur' when it comes time to wash. I want to be optimistic as I am NOT seeing ANY hair loss at the moment but again the sheer thinness of the fabric makes me less confident. I will pass the benefit of the doubt on to the manufacturer and if these sets hold up well after a few washes I will definitely be back to buy more and "upgrade" the rating to 5 stars. (If not, I'll edit the review accordingly). In terms of price, I can't say it's necessarily the best deal I've found, but then again, depending on how they hold up, this could be considered a good deal. There's no denying that this set is gorgeous.
