I just received this today. I have problems with sleep apnea again. It helped open my airways so I could sleep. I love that it fits my mouth perfectly and it's a soft material and flexible too. And that it's not silicone, as I found out with the cpap mask I'm allergic to. I like the little valve that keeps my tongue down so it doesn't slip down my throat.
