Hard to find incandescent bulbs
This type of bulb is rare as the GY6.35 base is usually available in 35W and 50W versions. I needed a bulb with some diffuse light for a decorative hanging lamp and the rest is too bright. This is the ideal output for my lamp. Frosting is nice because it reduces glare compared to clear bulbs. However, it has one disadvantage - the pins are too thin compared to the usual GY6.36 pins, so it hardly stays in the chuck. It has not fallen out, but since socket holes will inevitably loosen over time, it may fall out in the future. The manufacturer should make the pins thicker.
