So in the reviews I read I should get a size larger because they run small, I wear a size 10 so I got size 11.shoulda stock to my true size, these shoes are actually quite comfortable, they have some built in padding which surprised me. However please understand they are extremely steep. They are like platform pumps so if you wear them intend to sit allot, you can walk in them but not for very long. I bought mine for a wedding that's coming up but I'm planning to put some flats in my purse just in case.but as far as condition, quality, and delivery, I say 5 star quality;)
