The sensor does not come with helpful documentation, especially when compared to other similar products. The support service did not provide any useful information, except for the standard "how to add Z-Wave to the network". I found a technical document on the internet that contained some information but was not presented in a language that a person could understand. After a week of trying, the water sensor is not communicating with my hub. I believe there are products with easier configuration and better support. At least I'm looking.
