Review on Sparkage by Shane Schobinger

Sparkage is easy to set up, easy to use and easy to customize. I love the ability to have a one-to-one conversation with my customers. I can also track who is visiting my site and what they are doing there. I dislike that there are so many options and that it can be a little difficult to see what you have available to you as a business owner. We are able to engage with our customers on a one-to-one level and we can track the interaction. It is also easy to set up. This program is easy to use and my customers love the fact that I can offer them discounts based on the amount of money they spend. They are always surprised to find out how many points I am able to give them for their purchases. I have not found one thing that I dislike about this program. I have been able to track my customers' spending and receive rewards in return. I've also been able to increase my sales because I know my customers will want to return and also purchase more of my items.
