LOVE PRODUCT - Very helpful, intuitive software for building your client retention plan

I love how customizable it can be as well! We were able to create our own rewards program from scratch using their customizer tool (which was super easy!). The staff at sparkage are always willing to help out if we have any questions or concerns along the way so far they've been great!! They also offer live chat which helps speed up our process of creating new programs/rewards in general. As mentioned above- this product makes setting up an awesome reward system very simple!   • Customization is key, there aren't many tools that allow you complete freedom like sparks does.
  • Live Chat support has helped tremendously with speedy service especially during peak hours where i'm usually swamped lol :)
Cons
  • Sometimes things do take longer than expected but customer care reps understand

Easy App Store Creation for Website Owners

I love how easy it was to set up my account! The customer service team are super friendly & helpful when setting things up or if there's any issues. There isn't much at this point - but they do have some great features coming soon like gift cards (which will be awesome). If you're looking into creating an app store within your website then definitely give them a go as their support really does help get you through anything you may come across along the way. Easy way create customer loyalty through discounting

Sparkage is easy to set up, easy to use and easy to customize. I love the ability to have a one-to-one conversation with my customers. I can also track who is visiting my site and what they are doing there. I dislike that there are so many options and that it can be a little difficult to see what you have available to you as a business owner.
