I love how customizable it can be as well! We were able to create our own rewards program from scratch using their customizer tool (which was super easy!).

The staff at sparkage are always willing to help out if we have any questions or concerns along the way so far they've been great!! They also offer live chat which helps speed up our process of creating new programs/rewards in general. As mentioned above- this product makes setting up an awesome reward system very simple! There's no more guessing about what kind of incentives will work best when trying to incentivize clients. This saves us time & money by allowing me to focus my efforts elsewhere without having to go through trial and error.
