Cute product and great customer service.
The kit has everything you need except glue but any glue seems to work for the assembly. I would recommend a quick drying adhesive that works on multiple surfaces. You will have to crop each picture, which requires precision and time, but otherwise the dollhouse is easy to assemble. There are a few typos in the instructions, but nothing prevents you from assembling the whole house. Spilay the seller was also very helpful and quick to respond. I thought I was missing a part and they offered to mail it to me but luckily it was just mislabeled.
