Bought to follow the upgrade instructions from one of the other reviews here. I was pleasantly surprised that this thing works "out of the box" with no updates. Purchased on 06/25/2021. Use this on a 2021 Mazda CX-5. Bluetooth device name is VOLK## but OSD says it is MAZD##. It works. Connects quickly. The only problem I have (-1 star) is that the audio cuts out a bit about every 10 minutes. Could it be a bad bluetooth antenna? The key is in the center console, the phone either in the left pocket or in front of the shifter. Within 2-3 feet.
